Cake Box holdings is a franchise retailer and manufacture of cakes. The Company began in 2008 and has now grown to 91 shops across the UK. The Company provides high quality individually crafted cakes which can be ordered in advance in store or online. Unusually the Company’s products do not use eggs and they claim that taste and consistency is unaffected by this.

The Company was admitted to AIM in June 2018 to raise funding to grow its outlets and take a dominant position in the sector.

Holland Bendelow say; there are relatively few franchise operators listed on the UK stock markets and certainly in the UK we generally have fewer high profile franchise operators than many other countries. We are therefore delighted to see Cake box use the London markets and demonstrate that franchise operators can flourish on the markets.
